Shipping and delivery policy

Our invitations are delivered digitally, as a link. This page explains how and when you receive it, and what to do if it has not arrived.

1.Nothing is shipped

1.1Our invitations are websites. There is no printed product, no courier and no shipping charge, wherever you or your guests live.
1.2Everything is delivered as a link that opens on any phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection.

2.1We send every link to the WhatsApp number or email address you gave us when ordering. Please make sure it is correct and that you can receive messages there.
2.2First you receive a private draft link to review. After you approve it and the balance is paid, you receive the final link to share with your guests.
2.3If you asked for personalised guest links, you also receive your guest sheet back with a link in every row.

3.1For a ready design, we aim to send the draft link within two to three working days of receiving your complete details and the advance.
3.2For a Couture invitation made from a blank page, we aim for two to three weeks after the concept is agreed.
3.3The final link is sent within two working days of your approval and payment of the balance.
3.4Personalised guest links are sent within two working days of receiving your final guest list.
3.5These are our usual times, not guarantees. Your quote states the date we are working to.

4.1Delivery times count from the day we have both the advance and your complete details. We send you a checklist so you know what complete means.
4.2Time spent waiting for your content, answers or approval is not counted.
4.3Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

5.1Ask before you order. A faster delivery is often possible for an additional charge, which we tell you before we start.
5.2We recommend ordering at least four weeks before you plan to send invitations, so there is time to review and make changes without rushing.

6.1A draft or final link is delivered when we send it to the number or address you gave us.
6.2The work is complete when the final link is delivered and it opens correctly. If it does not open for you, tell us and we fix it at no charge.

7.1Check your WhatsApp chats, email inbox and spam folder first.
7.2If it is not there, write to suvarnainvites@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63544 70563 and we send it again the same day.
7.3If we are going to miss a delivery time, we tell you before it passes and agree a new one with you.

8.1Your final link stays live until 3 months after your wedding date. You can ask us to keep it longer, or to take it down sooner.
